Take a moment and consider your feet. The extraordinary nature of their construction: the entire body balanced on a small filigree of bone, tendon and ligament. No matter how big you think your feet may be, they are actually very small to carry so much. Like a turtle balancing a tree on its back. So really, look at your feet. Put them up a moment. Give yourself a foot rub. Thank them for their extraordinary service.
